I love Photographing weddings.
I love Being a part of a couples' special day and turning their moments into memories. Seeing their faces light up when they are flicking through their photos for the first time is the best part of the experience for me.
I Have been a professional photographer since I left school, I photographed my first wedding in 2002 and since then have never looked back.
Wedding photography is vital part of your special day and I'm passionate about getting the shots you want. I see my job as a wedding photographer to capture all the moments from your wedding, turning them into a photographic story; each part of the day a new chapter and a new image in your story.
Through a range of techniques I aim to photograph all aspects of the day in detail and having a fun, natural approach allows me to capture all those unique, candid moments. I believe that having fun at your wedding is a must - the better time you're having on the day, the more breathtaking the photographs become.
As a wedding photographer I am privileged to be part of your day, so I pride myself on going the extra mile any way I can:
- I have done up 11 weddings dresses.
- I made 7 trips to and from a reception to hotel, giving guests lifts home after a no-show minibus.
- I have had my assistant drive while I photographed a wedding car going across a bridge through a sunroof… in the rain.
- I stood in a 1ft deep puddle in torrential rain so a bride could get a photo jumping into it.
- On several occasions I have found myself on the shoulders of a large guest on the dance floor shooting aerial photos from above.
- I wear a suit and tie to all weddings I work at.
